At Qineyn, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms and processes for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read it carefully.

1. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at qineyn@gmail.com with your order number. We will attempt to cancel the order on your behalf.

Successful Cancellation: If we successfully cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Unable to Cancel: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. 

2. Returns
We want you to love what you've ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

Custom-order or personalized products.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

3. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Do not send your return without prior authorization. Please email us at qineyn@gmail.com to request a return and provide your order number and reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your RA number inside the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
Return Shipping Fees:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of valid proof.

If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may then take additional time to post the credit to your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period, please:

Check your bank account and credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
